The payment by instalments is an offer of our partner Paypal. In addition to the secure immediate payment via the own buyer account Paypal offers an uncomplicated payment by instalments. Choose the payment method installment on your paypal account during the payment and you can pay the invoice amount easily and comfortably in twelve monthly installments. This service is possible with an order value of 199,00€ up to a maximum of 5.000,00€.*.

The shipping costs are fairly calculated and transparent for our customers. Up to an order value of € 80.00 we charge € 4.90 per order, from an order value of € 81.00 we ship our goods free of charge for end customers.

Our logistics partner is DHL.

For orders from abroad, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed in the ordering process of our online shop.

Since 95% of the shipments within Germany are delivered by DHL within 24 hours, we do not offer express delivery. Another advantage of DHL is that shipments are also delivered on Saturdays.

Yes, our service provider DHL reliably delivers our shipments from Monday to Saturday. If orders are received by Friday 14:00 hrs, 95% of the shipments are still delivered on Saturday.

For orders from Germany, we ship the goods on the same day if the order is received by 15:30 hrs. The delivery time with DHL is usually one working day. The transport to the German islands usually takes two to three working days.

For orders from other European countries, we cannot make any binding statement on the duration. The transport time depends on the geographical location of the recipient’s address and on the national transport service provider.

Yes, our packages are all insured against loss.
