TFX motorcycle shock absorbers from 3P, all equipped with an ABE and a 5-year warranty for private use.
The damper tubes on all TFX shock absorbers are made from high-strength AL6082-T6 aluminum. The shock absorber piston rods measure an extra-thick 16 mm. The preload of the spring is infinitely adjustable using a hook wrench included in the scope of delivery. The rebound of all damper versions can be adjusted via a handwheel with 40 clicks. For space reasons, the diameter of the damper tubes on the 130, 131 and 132 models is only 36 mm.
On the 140, 141 and 142 series models, the diameter of the damper tubes is 46 mm. On most 141 and 142 series shocks, the compression damping can be adjusted via 32 clicks in the low and high-speed range. The springs are powder-coated in black, all aluminium parts are anodized in high-quality black, the components for adjustment are anodized in blue.
TFX damper from the 130 series, also available for BMW models with Telelever technology
The TFX shock absorber from the 130 series is the motorcycle shock absorber for price-conscious riders or is also often used as a replacement for the standard factory shock absorber in the event of a defect. Available as a monoshock or twinshock shock absorber for conventional rear wheel suspension via swingarm. Thanks to the modular design, individual parts or wearing parts can be easily replaced if necessary. Even with this type of shock absorber, the rebound can be adjusted using the adjusting wheel and the spring preload using a hook wrench.
Inside the shock absorber, the gas (nitrogen) and the oil filling are separated by a separating piston so that foaming during driving is prevented. With this product, too, all important parameters such as payload, speed driven, road conditions etc. are queried by us when the order is placed, so that the right shock absorber can be put together individually for the customer.
TFX motorcycle shock absorbers from the 131 series
The TFX 131 motorcycle shock absorber was developed for vehicles with limited mounting space. The damper tube is only 36 mm in diameter, but the piston rod and all other components are characterized by the reinforced dimensions of the larger series. In this version, the external reservoir is connected to the shock absorber by means of a hose, which also means that the shock absorber takes up less space. The reservoir is mounted in a suitable position using clamps. The reservoir also serves to increase the gas volume in this type of shock absorber and helps to cool the operating fluids when riding. The damper is manufactured from high-quality materials. The housing is CNC-milled from 6082 T6 aluminium and is anodized black after machining. The inner piston diameter is 36 mm, the piston rod measures a strong 16 mm. The rebound stage can be adjusted via a 40-click setting wheel, the compression stage is 32-way adjustable in the low-speed range and separately in the high-speed range. The spring preload is infinitely adjustable via two locknuts with hook wrenches included in the scope of delivery.

TFX 132, motorcycle shock absorber also for BMW models with Paralever technology
The TFX shock absorbers from the 132 series are the shock absorbers for the demanding driver for whom only the best is good enough. This type of shock absorber is also available for BMW vehicles with Paralever front wheel guidance. The TFX Type 132 has an external gas reservoir. This design allows the gas volume to be increased and the operation and response behavior to be further improved. During operation, the gas is optimally cooled by the external tank. The modular design means that individual parts or wearing parts can be easily replaced if necessary. The spring preload of this high-quality TFX shock absorber is also infinitely adjustable using the hook wrench supplied, and the rebound is set using clicks on the adjusting wheel.
The oil and gas filling of this 132 shock absorber with external gas reservoir is also separated from each other by a special piston, preventing possible foaming while riding.

TFX shock absorber from the 140 series
TFX shock absorbers of the 140 series for mounting in the rear of the vehicle are specially designed for motorcycle types with enough space for a 46 mm diameter shock absorber. The 140 series shock absorbers have infinitely variable spring preload and rebound adjustment. The TFX 140 is available for all common monoshock motorcycles. All TFX motorcycle shock absorbers have a modular design and individual parts or wearing parts can be replaced at any time.
The technical separation of the gas filling (nitrogen) and the oil filling by means of a separating piston prevents foaming and the formation of an emulsion in the shock absorber. The formation of an emulsion would severely restrict the operation and response of the shock absorber. Every shock absorber ordered is individually manufactured to the rider’s specifications and requirements.
TFX 141 monoshock shock absorber with reservoir
TFX 141 Mono-Shock shock absorber, supplied with an external reservoir which is connected to the shock absorber by means of a connecting hose. The TFX 141 is used on vehicles with limited space where it is not possible to fit a shock absorber with a fixed reservoir. On the 141 model, the reservoir is simply mounted in a suitable position on the rear of the frame using the clamps supplied.
In this motorcycle shock absorber, the gas filling consisting of nitrogen and the oil filling are also separated from each other by a separating piston. This prevents the gas and oil from foaming up. The modular design of the shock absorber means that individual parts or wearing parts can be replaced at any time. The TFX 141 has an adjustable rebound stage, the compression stage even has two separate adjustment ranges, one for high-speed and one for low-speed. As with all TFX products, the spring preload is infinitely adjustable using a hook wrench. Before delivery, all the rider’s important parameters regarding load, type of route and riding behavior are queried.
TFX 142, monoshock shock absorber with external reservoir
The TFX 142 is a top product for the demanding rider, it is supplied with an external reservoir that is permanently mounted on the shock body. The spring preload is infinitely adjustable, the rebound and compression stages can be selected by means of clicks, the compression stage even separately for high speed and low speed. All components with material contact, such as the piston rod or the damper piston, have low friction values. This enables precise adjustment to all individual requirements.
The TFX 142 is designed for the highest demands, whether off-road adventures or tough racetrack use, this shock absorber can do it all. Like all other TFX shock absorbers, the type 142 is also produced exclusively for each rider and tailored to their requirements and intended use.

TFX Preload Adjusters allow the spring preload to be adjusted using a simple handwheel. When adding luggage or riding with a pillion, the preload of the spring can be adjusted to the new load without tools.
